Ms. Angelika Tzemou

Angelika Tzemou is a member of the Board of Directors, the HR Head and DEI Lead at Bayer Hellas.  An experienced HR executive driving the value agenda through people across local and global teams in a range of sectors.  Reputation for leading organizational & cultural transformations, driving change, improving organizational effectiveness, and enabling sustainable business growth.  Passionate about fostering an inclusive environment where everyone brings their whole self to work and diverse talent thrives.  Prior to joining Bayer, Angelika spent 5 years at LEO Pharma, Denmark, shaping the HR agenda across 13 countries in North East Europe.  She holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from Surrey University School of Management, a BA in Sociology from the American College of Greece and completed the Senior Leadership Program at IMD.
