Dr. Krystallis is Executive Director at the Center of Excellence in Food, Tourism and Leisure and an Associate Professor in Marketing at the American College of Greece (ACG). Athanasios also is a Senior Consultant for Consumer/Shopper Research with the company IRI Hellas S.A., Athens, Greece. He is also affiliated with the Department of Business Administration, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Between 2008 & 2016, Athanasios has served as a Professor of Food Marketing in Aarhus University, Centre of Research on Customer Relationships in the Food Sector (MAPP), Denmark. Throughout his career, Athanasios has also served in various academic positions in Universities and Research Institutions (i.e. Agricultural University of Athens, Hellenic Center of Marine Research, etc.). He holds an MSc in Food Marketing and a PhD in Food Consumer Behavior, both from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK). Dr. Krystallis is a Marie Curie Fellow (since 2007).
