Mr. Konstantinos Giamalidis

Kostas is a certified Internal Audit, Compliance, Anti-fraud & Risk Management professional. He studied International Economics in Athens University of Economics and Business and holds a master’s degree in Econometrics. After pursuing a career in manufacturing and finance sectors, he joined Titan Group in 2001 and served as Internal Audit Manager in Corporate Center, Greece & Egypt sectors for several years. Currently, he holds the position of TITAN Group Compliance & Anti-Fraud Director, developing and leading TITAN Group Compliance Program, with a broad spectrum of responsibilities on regulatory compliance and sustainability topics, overseeing compliance assurance systems, and enabling anti-fraud initiatives across the Group. He is a racing sailor and a father of three sons.
