Mr. George Savva

George is the Global ESG Manager of Amdocs.

His main focus is sustainability with a background in ESG and CSR. During his career, he led several projects concerning ESG Strategy, Non-Financial Reporting, Decarbonization transformation,  CSR initiatives, designing of HSQE Management Systems and establishment of GDPR compliance frameworks.

Before joining Amdocs, he held positions in a number of international companies in managerial roles. His experience includes projects related to various sectors such as Recycling, Waste Management, Security, Facilities Management, Aviation, IT, EdTech, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, and Shipping.

George holds an MBA from the University of Cyprus, an MSc in Environmental Monitoring and Assessment from the University of Southampton, and a BSc in Marine Science from the University of Aegean. He is certified with NEBOSH, as an ISO9001 Lead Auditor, as a First Aid Trainer, and he is trained for the implementation of various International Standards (GRI, SASB, ISO14001, EMAS, ISO26001, ISO27001, etc).  He was a BoD member of the “Cyprus Safety and Health Association” and participated in the founding team of the “CSR Cyprus” Association.
