Mr. Nikos Kostis

Nikos Kostis has over 10 years of experience in embedded systems, automotive systems, wireless networks, and multi-threaded, scalable server-side software. He has an Electrical Engineering background, as well as a Masters of Science with highest honors on System Level Integration from the University of Edinburgh.

During 2004-2007, while working for Motorola (Powertrain and Chassis Group — PCSG), he was responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Fuel Injection Scheduler, and the maintenance of the Spark Ignition Scheduler and Engine Position Tracker for the Dodge Viper SRTV10 engine. He has worked for Bytemobile on high performance software for their Optimization & Services backend solution.

He was Principal Engineer and Product Owner at Samsung, leading a team of 7-9 engineers through 9 major releases of Samsung’s SDK for single chip Wi-FI IoT products, coordinating with 3 software teams plus end customers.

In early 2015, he became a co-founder of the company Yodiwo taking on the role of VP of R&D, where he led a team of 25 engineers to develop the Full ESG Management platform, YodiFEM. This platform includes various subsystems aimed at improving key sustainability performance indicators, such as energy, environmental footprint, employee working conditions, and operational cost reduction.
