Aristotelis Alexopoulos is currently an Instructor in Management at the School of Business and Economics, The American College of Greece, were he teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Human Resource Management. He is also the Director of Applied Research & Innovation at Alba Graduate Business School, were he oversees the management of the funded research projects of the organization. He also holds a visiting teaching position at Aarhus University, Denmark.

With more than twenty years of experience from managerial positions in the Project Management and Human Resource Management fields, Aristotelis has contributed to a number of CSR related activities like the Hellenic ESC Barometer (initiator and project manager) and the annual Best Workplaces competition (evaluation coordinator).

He is currently a PhD candidate at Durham University Business School in the UK. His research interests focus on the areas of leader identity construction, mindsets and leadership development, AI and the future of leadership, and current forms or work organization like, for example, agile management. He holds graduate degrees from Alba Graduate Business School (MBA and MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management), The American College of Greece (Graduate Certificate in Psychology), and Cardiff University Business School (MSc in International Economics, Banking & Finance), as well as a Bachelor degree from Panteion University (Public Administration).
