Mr. Goce Serafimov

Goce Serafimov is an Engineer by discipline, graduated from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje (North Macedonia), Faculty of Electrical Engineering & Information Technologies, Dept. of Electronics and Telecommunications, in 2004.

He graduated with honors his full time MBA degree with the ALBA MBA Graduate School (Athens, Greece) in 2006.

Goce started his professional career in 2006 in the cement plant “Cementarnica Usje” (part of TITAN Cement Group) as an Electrical engineer and continued as a Health & Safety officer the following year. He was promoted to the role of Health & Safety Manager and successfully implemented various transformational projects between 2008 and 2013.

He took over the position of a Purchasing (and Alternative fuels) Manager in 2013 and was successfully managing – for more than 4 years – purchases of all products/services in the value of > €35 Mil/y and set the grounds for Alternative fuels introduction within the plant.

At the beginning of 2018, Goce was promoted, and moved to the headquarters of TITAN Group in Athens, Greece and assumed the role of ‘Group Category Manager’ for the newly established Group Procurement Department. His main responsibilities were purchases of Raw Materials, Grinding media, Chemical additives, MRO/OEMs and SEE Capex projects for the Group.

During 2021 Goce was promoted to a ‘Group Category & Procurement Sustainability Manager’. His duties under the new role expanded to include the Group Procurement’s sustainability agenda, in close cooperation with the ESG Department of TITAN Group and the local Procurement Departments

Goce is 42 today, happily married and father of two girls, ages 15 and 11.
