“Sustainable Development and Strategic Corporate Respsonsibility in SMEs” by Dr. Constantine Manasakis

Dr. Constantine Manasakis, Associate Professor at University of Crete and Chair of the Scientific Committee of CSR School published a book on  Sustainable Development and Strategic Corporate Respsonsibility in SMEs.

Description: An increasing number of companies are embracing strategic corporate responsibility in response to various social, environmental, and economic pressures within their micro- and macro-environments. Strategic corporate responsibility aims to create ‘shared value,’ which means it not only generates economic gains for the business but also has a positive social and/or environmental impact. This approach recognizes and strengthens the connections between social, environmental, and economic progress, enabling strategic business responsibility to yield results that significantly contribute to sustainable development.
